Loving husband of SONIA. Treasured Dad to ALLISSA, KARLI, MIKAYLA (dec’d), ABBIE, KATELYN and their partners. Wadie to EMERSON, MACY, COHAN, OAKLAN and ZIGGY. A loved family member of the HAFEY and CHAPMAN Families.
Family and Friends of WADE are warmly invited to attend his funeral at St John’s Anglican Church, Cessnock on TUESDAY 24th December 2019 at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Motor Neurone Disease Association NSW can be left at the church, and would be greatly appreciated.
